PeopleSoft Engineer (PeopleSoft Financials)

Location: Remote, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. This is a 6–12 month W-2 contract-to-hire role and is not open to C2C candidates or third-party vendors.

hirify.global is helping a client hire a PeopleSoft Engineer to support and enhance PeopleSoft Financials applications.

What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and support PeopleSoft Financials applications, integrations, reports, and batch processes.
• Provide production support, resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain systems.
• Design and implement solutions for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and related Financials modules.
• Support testing, code migrations, releases, and change management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and on-call operational support as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of PeopleSoft Financials development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, and PS Query.
• Experience supporting Accounts Payable and Purchasing, including procure-to-pay processes, requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, vouchers, payments, and approvals.
• Experience with at least one additional Financials module: General Ledger, Asset Management, Expenses, or Inventory.
• Strong SQL, reporting, integration, production troubleshooting, and unit, integration, and UAT testing experience.

Nice to have

• PeopleSoft administration experience with Process Scheduler, application servers, migrations, environment refreshes, logging, and tracing.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
