What you will do
- Own the architecture, administration, governance, security, and performance of a Salesforce environment supporting more than 250 users.
- Design scalable solutions for revenue operations, forecasting, approvals, customer lifecycle workflows, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Manage Salesforce Flows, validation rules, automation, user access, SSO, MFA, compliance, and release management.
- Own the DealHub CPQ platform and improve integrations with HubSpot, Gong, Accord, Gainsight, BigQuery, Fivetran, and future platforms.
- Evaluate and deploy AI-powered workflows using MCP connectors, AI assistants, prompts, and modern automation technologies.
- Build data governance frameworks, dashboards, reporting, documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a SaaS revenue operations or go-to-market environment.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, security models, automation, platform governance, and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or another enterprise quote-to-cash platform.
- Strong experience designing and supporting REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with data governance, validation, reporting frameworks, Salesforce Flows, Apex fundamentals, and validation rules.
- AI fluency, including orchestrating AI assistants, evaluating workflows, designing prompts, and maintaining governance and human oversight.
