What you will do

• Serve as product owner for Workday modules including Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, and Recruiting.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of major initiatives such as ATS implementation and global process redesigns.
• Manage integration teams to ensure robust connectivity between Workday and downstream systems.
• Define and maintain configuration standards, security models, and change governance processes.
• Develop a high-performing team of analysts and configuration specialists through coaching and clear goal setting.
• Identify and implement AI and automation use cases to reduce manual work and improve decision quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of experience in HRIS or People Technology with 6+ years of hands-on Workday ownership.
• 4+ years of people management experience leading HR technology teams.
• Deep functional and configuration knowledge of multiple Workday modules.
• Proven ability to govern security, business processes, and configuration standards in partnership with Audit and IT.
• Experience managing external Workday partners and vendor performance.

Nice to have

• Workday certifications (Pro or Implementer).
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
• Prior exposure to SOX compliance and IPO readiness.
