Sr. Financial Analyst (Gaming)

Location: Hybrid in the Bay Area (preferred) or remote within PST/MST time zones

Annual salary: $130,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Build financial models covering investment cases, strategic planning, and cost of capital considerations.
• Design financial and management reporting to measure KPIs and business performance.
• Manage G&A budgeting, recurring forecasts, long-range planning, variance analysis, and ad hoc modeling.
• Align G&A stakeholders on performance indicators that improve financial ownership and operational efficiency.
• Develop analytical insights to support resource and capital allocation decisions.
• Support investment proposal business cases and facilitate the approval process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience, including 2–3 years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and investment evaluation skills.
• Expertise with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• MBA or CFA.
• Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar financial planning tools.
• Passion for gaming and emerging technologies.
