Client Strategy Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote within the continental United States; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Listed locations include San Francisco, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, New York, and Seattle.

Salary: $130K–$140K annually, plus equity.

hirify.global is a San Francisco and New York City-based fintech startup building a platform that helps financial institutions streamline consumer and business account opening.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of live banking clients and build relationships with stakeholders from operations teams to executives.
• Develop and maintain customer workflows and platform configurations aligned with each institution’s goals.
• Handle support escalations, troubleshoot platform issues, and make adjustments during live customer calls.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to investigate bugs, advocate for customer needs, and communicate resolution timelines.
• Manage support ticket flow, educate bank employees on platform capabilities, and communicate product releases.
• Support strategic implementations during resource constraints, including configuration and project management.

Requirements

• Strong customer-facing judgment and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical aptitude and a structured approach to diagnosing and solving problems.
• Technical skills in a scripting language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex topics to non-specialists.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and residence within the continental United States.
