Manager, Growth and Reporting

Location: Remote

Base salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Own recurring client performance reports and executive performance-review materials for Population Health clients.
• Translate gap identification, closure results, and program value into clear client-facing narratives.
• Make reporting actionable at the practice level by identifying converting practices, intervention needs, and next steps.
• Identify wallet-share expansion opportunities across additional services, pathologies, and populations.
• Partner with clinical and analytics functions to build pathology-level clinical and economic value narratives.
• Build a scalable reporting framework with a stage-level funnel from finding to closure and launch reporting for newly onboarded clients.

Requirements

• Experience turning healthcare performance data into executive-facing narratives through client success, consulting, health plan account management, or program reporting.
• Working familiarity with claims-based analysis, eligibility data, and Medicare reporting such as MAO-004 or CDI.
• Ability to explain clinical pathways, the economics of appropriate care, and supporting evidence in partnership with clinical experts.
• Strong ability to build clear, credible decks and documents quickly.
• Commercial instinct and experience identifying expansion opportunities within performance reviews.
• Fluency with value-based care and Medicare programs, plus a hypothesis-driven and collaborative working style.
