Global HR Data Consumption Specialist

What you will do

• Design, manage, and optimize HR reporting tools using Workday standardized catalogues.
• Develop and maintain multi-source dashboards covering recruitment, turnover, diversity, engagement, and organizational structures.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc data queries accurately.
• Advise stakeholders on complex reporting, dashboard, benchmarking, and data-reconciliation questions.
• Support data consumption from data lakes and the introduction of a new BI foundation.
• Bridge business needs and technical constraints between Global HR and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with HR processes, HR systems, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of Workday standardized reporting catalogues and multi-source data consumption.
• Ability to reconcile data from multiple sources and apply data governance, protection, retention, and quality practices.
• Analytical approach with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical reporting solutions.
