AWC North American Regional Marketing Director (Advanced Wound Care)

Location: Remote in Texas or onsite in San Antonio. Travel may include up to 40% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Salary: $211,600–$290,950, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead North American marketing strategies and integrated growth plans for the Advanced Wound Care portfolio across the United States and Canada.
• Develop commercialization, launch, go-to-market, lifecycle management, pricing, and portfolio optimization strategies.
• Translate customer, market, competitive, and clinical insights into growth initiatives and portfolio decisions.
• Build integrated campaigns, demand generation programs, value propositions, and customer engagement initiatives with Sales, Key Accounts, and Commercial Excellence.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, Operations, and global marketing teams in a complex matrix organization.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing North America marketing organization, including succession planning and talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 10 years of experience in marketing, commercial, portfolio management, business development, or sales leadership.
• At least 5 years of experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Experience with marketing strategy, commercialization, portfolio management, downstream marketing, or healthcare product launches.
• Strong understanding of healthcare markets, including acute and post-acute care settings, with financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation capabilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in wound care, surgical solutions, advanced therapies, medical devices, MedTech, or adjacent healthcare markets.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, presentation, and leadership skills.
