Sr Director, Marketing (Medical Devices)

Location: Hybrid in Center Valley, Pennsylvania, United States; occasional business travel required.

Salary: $240,000–$255,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead marketing strategy and execution for outpatient healthcare markets, including ambulatory surgery centers, Healthcare Solutions, and B2B/New Construction.
• Develop and implement marketing and business plans to increase market share, revenue, profitability, and price performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, performance metrics, and monthly reporting for marketing programs and key projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, healthcare facilities, and customers to address market needs.
• Monitor healthcare trends, competition, health economics, and customer insights.
• Direct trade show and convention activities and manage eight direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of marketing experience in the medical device industry.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and passport; occasional business travel is required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office environment in Center Valley, Pennsylvania.
• Secrecy and invention agreement and non-compete agreement required.
