Salary: $153,075 - $275,535

What you will do
- Define and lead the product marketing strategy to drive business growth and product adoption.
- Develop clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored for healthcare audiences.
- Plan and execute product launches and go-to-market strategies in partnership with Product Management.
- Provide Sales and Customer Success teams with messaging frameworks, presentations, and competitive enablement tools.
- Analyze customer and market insights to inform strategic product and marketing decisions.
- Lead, coach, and prioritize the work of a team of Product Marketing Managers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or B2B Marketing.
- Experience marketing enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, data, or analytics solutions.
- Proven track record in developing product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, patient engagement, or healthcare financial operations.
- Must be based in the United States.
