What you will do

• Lead complex consulting engagements and multidisciplinary teams for provincial public-sector clients.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and lead senior client interactions.
• Shape strategic change agendas across complex business and IT transformations.
• Drive profitable growth through business development, pipeline conversion, revenue targets, scoping, and fee negotiation.
• Oversee engagement delivery, utilization, margins, risk, customer satisfaction, and client outcomes.
• Develop thought leadership, industry eminence, innovation, and intellectual capital.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting.
• Extensive CXO-level client engagement and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public-sector environments.
• Experience driving revenue growth, managing margins, and supporting high-value business development.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
• English is required for regular work with stakeholders in Canadian provinces and internationally.
