TL;DR
Vice President / Senior Vice President, Canada, Transportation Infrastructure (Transportation Consulting): Driving Canadian revenue growth and developing a transportation consulting team with an accent on market strategy, client leadership, and organizational growth. Focus on securing large-scale Canadian assignments, building leadership capabilities, and advising on complex transportation policy, funding, and delivery models.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto or Vancouver, Canada; travel within Canada and to the US is required.

Salary: $200,000–$280,000 annually, plus benefits.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a Canada-specific business development strategy across current and emerging service lines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with public- and private-sector decision-makers across Canada.
  • Lead proposals, presentations, contract negotiations, and high-value consulting assignments.
  • Oversee project delivery and mentor project managers toward successful and profitable outcomes.
  • Build, scale, recruit, and develop the Canadian consulting team.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry conferences, government roundtables, and public forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 15+ years of transportation consulting experience with significant leadership responsibility in Canadian business development and team growth.
  • Proven success securing large-scale consulting assignments in Canadian markets.
  • Experience advising clients on transportation strategy, policy, and planning.
  • Strong Canadian transportation market network and experience building and scaling teams.
  • Excellent strategic, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of Canadian transportation policy, funding, and delivery models.
