What you will do
- Develop and execute a Canada-specific go-to-market strategy to expand market presence.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key public and private sector decision-makers across Canada.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of winning proposals and secure high-value contracts.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing Canadian consulting team.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, government roundtables, and public forums.
- Oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations and profitability.
Requirements
- 15+ years in transportation consulting with significant leadership responsibility for business development and team growth in Canada.
- Proven track record of securing large-scale consulting assignments in Canadian markets.
- Strong professional network within the Canadian transportation market.
- Deep understanding of Canadian transportation policy, funding, and delivery models.
- Experience advising clients on transportation strategy, policy, and planning.
- Willingness to travel within Canada and to the US.
