What you will do

• Develop and execute a Canada-specific go-to-market strategy to expand market presence.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key public and private sector decision-makers across Canada.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of winning proposals and secure high-value contracts.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing Canadian consulting team.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, government roundtables, and public forums.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations and profitability.

Requirements

• 15+ years in transportation consulting with significant leadership responsibility for business development and team growth in Canada.
• Proven track record of securing large-scale consulting assignments in Canadian markets.
• Strong professional network within the Canadian transportation market.
• Deep understanding of Canadian transportation policy, funding, and delivery models.
• Experience advising clients on transportation strategy, policy, and planning.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and to the US.
