Location: Remote (Must be based in the United Kingdom)

What you will do

  • Lead strategic advisory engagements to drive ROI and adoption of hirify.global solutions.
  • Design comprehensive organizational change strategies across people, processes, and technology.
  • Create and manage business cases and ROI models for multi-tiered customer offerings.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Oversee consulting programs to ensure business readiness and optimal product utilization.
  • Identify new business development opportunities through successful delivery and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant functions and industries.
  • Experience with contact center enterprise software, specifically IVR, Routing, ACD, WFM, or QM.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI/Digital products (e.g., Co-pilot, Autopilot) from a process and people perspective.
  • Proven ability to independently handle and influence senior executive stakeholders.
  • Expertise or certification in organizational change management.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
