What you will do

• Work in cross-functional teams to solve complex client challenges.
• Conduct in-depth data analyses and generate sophisticated hypotheses.
• Communicate insights clearly to guide client decisions.
• Oversee change execution and lead key workstreams autonomously.
• Maintain alignment with project objectives across different teams and projects.

Requirements

• Advanced degree, with requirements varying by consultant level: PhD for Junior Consultant, MBA with at least two years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with four to six years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to create solutions, adapt to changing project environments, and shift between projects and teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English required.
• Leadership experience in diverse group settings and the ability to articulate strategies and insights precisely.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
