What you will do

  • Execute inventory, material receipt, storage, picking, and production transactions in SAP ERP.
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carriers, and share order fulfillment and shipment-status information.
  • Manage inventory-control activities, including cycle counts, adjustments, root-cause analysis, reconciliation, container tracking, and aged-material disposition.
  • Maintain and scan operational, regulatory, and environmental documentation.
  • Manage indirect and capital-material procurement, vendor setup, invoice reconciliation, and related expenses.
  • Support plant safety activities, training, compliance, and the Operations Manager on additional projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 2–5 years of experience managing transactions through SAP ERP.
  • Strong technical acumen and familiarity with standard business computer systems.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and Operations Management best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Operations Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience in the chemical industry or another highly regulated field.
