TL;DR

Supply Chain Administrative Coordinator: Supporting daily supply chain operations through purchase order administration, data entry, and order tracking with an accent on accuracy and cross-functional communication. Focus on maintaining ERP data integrity, coordinating with suppliers, and assisting in workflow transitions to ensure efficient order execution.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to North Andover, MA (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Salary: $23.15 – $26.20 per hour.

What you will do

  • Create, enter, and update purchase orders in the ERP system.
  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and order details.
  • Track open orders and reconcile transactions to prevent discrepancies.
  • Monitor system-generated errors and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate tracking reports for open orders and delivery statuses.
  • Support internal teams including Planning, Customer Service, and Procurement.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite in North Andover, MA 3 days per week.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic formulas.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently with suppliers.
  • Good communication skills for internal and external coordination.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with purchase orders or order processing.
