What you will do

• Manage inventory and act as the primary internal focal point for customers and suppliers throughout the order lifecycle.
• Coordinate commercial and logistics activities, including sample requests and quality control.
• Process purchase and sales orders, validate shipment paperwork, and handle associated costs.
• Coordinate shipment transportation with external carriers and manage railcar fleet tracking where applicable.
• Resolve non-conformances and claims in collaboration with Quality and Product Management teams.
• Perform end-of-month reporting, invoicing, and maintain archives according to ISO 9001 standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or planning.
• Must be based in Houston, TX, US.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP / S/4HANA preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
