Group is hiring for a supply chain and logistics role supporting on-site warehouse and production operations.
What you will do
- Schedule outbound domestic and international shipments and prepare invoices, bills of lading, pro forma invoices, and transportation labels.
- Receive freight and small parcels, inspect incoming goods visually, stage materials, and prepare parts for assembly and spare-parts orders.
- Process SAP goods receipts, transfer postings, inventory adjustments, storage-location updates, and COGI error resolution.
- Maintain cycle-counting procedures, administer annual and plant-wide counts, and report inventory issues to management quarterly.
- Create SOPs, documentation, and templates in OneNote or other designated systems.
- Set daily logistics priorities with the Supply Chain Manager and Production Lead, participate in production planning meetings, and cross-train colleagues.
Requirements
- Warehouse, logistics, shipping, material-handling, or related experience.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system and Excel or similar tools, including formulas.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to learn and become certified to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and overhead crane, and to train others.
- Continuous-improvement mindset, clear communication skills, and the ability to reprioritize during the day.
- High school diploma or GED required; ability to stand for six or more hours and frequently lift 35–40 pounds.
