Senior Team Leader, Pricing Operations

Location: Hybrid work at the CR GBS Heredia Office, Costa Rica. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do

• Lead customer pricing, rebates, contracts, promotions, and deal management across North American business units.
• Partner with Pricing, Sales, Finance, Billing, Customer Service, and business leaders on operational insights and commercial decisions.
• Improve efficiency, service levels, and customer experience through analytics, performance metrics, process improvements, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
• Build and develop high-performing teams while strengthening organizational capability and succession planning.
• Ensure pricing governance, internal controls, compliance, and risk management across operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Business Operations, or related functions.
• 3+ years of progressive people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing teams.
• Experience leading complex operational processes across multiple business functions and leadership levels.
• Advance English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience with Vendavo, SAP, or similar pricing and business systems.
