Jr Analyst, Global Processing Invoice (Temporary 6-Months)

What you will do

• Process LATAM invoices and payment request documents accurately and within established deadlines.
• Review authorization approvals, purchase orders, receiving tolerances, taxes, retentions, and invoice discrepancies.
• Track invoice issues, coordinate resolutions with customers, suppliers, internal teams, and troubleshooters.
• Provide guidance on Accounts Payable processes and ensure service delivery meets SLAs, S-Ox requirements, and corporate policies.
• Support audits with documentation, maintain regulatory information in SOPs, and review SOPs twice a year.
• Prepare reports, escalate operational risks, resolve recurring issues, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced university studies in Business Administration or Public Accounting, or a completed technical degree.
• 6–12 months of experience in a similar position.
• English at B1 level or higher.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Temporary six-month, full-time position based in La Aurora, Heredia, Costa Rica.
