Accounts Receivable Analyst (Collections)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive timely invoice payments through proactive communication.
• Develop and execute collection strategies to improve payment performance and meet cash collection targets.
• Collaborate with Commercial and other internal stakeholders to resolve customer disputes and account issues.
• Investigate outstanding balances, identify payment issue root causes, and drive resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, payment commitments, and account statuses.
• Support invoice management, including customer portal uploads and billing quality checks.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in accounts receivable collections; Shared Service Center experience is advantageous.
• Advanced English communication skills in written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.
