Senior Product Designer Price Experience

Location: Seattle, United States; hybrid with a minimum of two days per week in the Seattle office on Mondays and Thursdays. Candidates must be based in or willing to work from the greater Seattle area for the duration of the contract.

What you will do

• Define team strategy, scope, working rhythms, and strategic product-investment opportunities.
• Design pricing experiences that help care providers set prices confidently and help pet parents find competitively priced care.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, data analysts, marketplace teams, and UX researchers to define requirements, roadmaps, and user experiences.
• Run workshops and user and usability testing, using research, psychology, and data to guide design decisions.
• Coordinate with designers across adjacent product surfaces to maintain consistency across web, mobile web, and native apps.
• Own projects from concept through engineering-ready deliverables and track customer experience metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a portfolio of user-centered solutions across multiple platforms.
• Track record of delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Proficiency with Figma and other prototyping software.
• Experience using product, business, UX, and analytics data to inform design decisions.
• Strong communication, coordination, critical thinking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of UX research methodologies and a bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, user experience design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience working with a two-sided marketplace.
• Experience designing for numeracy, price comprehension, and economic or marketplace mechanics.
• Curiosity about and hands-on familiarity with AI tools in product design and development.
