Salary: $175,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex planning workflows used by transit agencies worldwide.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to transform transit challenges into intuitive, map-based experiences.
• Conduct customer research, prototype concepts, and translate insights into production-ready designs.
• Shape long-term product vision and influence roadmaps through user-centered thinking.
• Design sophisticated enterprise workflows that balance technical constraints with high usability.
• Contribute to the design system and elevate product quality through design critiques.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing complex SaaS, enterprise, or professional software.
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to simplify information-dense workflows.
• Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership.
• Experience using research and data to inform product direction.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as this role is based in NYC or SF.
