Team Leader - 2nd Shift

Location: On-site in Pueblo, Colorado, five days per week. Scheduled shift is 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime during the week and up to two Saturdays per month as needed.

Hourly base pay range: $27.39–$38.48.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day activities, work assignments, employees, and materials within the assigned area.
• Support safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and training objectives.
• Identify and solve production-line issues, escalating problems when necessary.
• Manage schedules, overtime planning, personnel training, delegation, and inventory.
• Write and audit standard work and support continuous improvement using NCMS, BBS, MDI, 5S, TPM, GEMBA, and LGS practices.
• Conduct safety audits, develop the safety culture, and work with the WGM to achieve plant KPIs.

Requirements

• Team Lead I: minimum one year of experience with Data Stream, NCMS, and BBS; crane certification.
• Team Lead II or III: minimum two years of experience with Data Stream, NCMS, BBS, schedules, and MDI boards.
• Team Lead III: two years of experience in addition to TLDP graduation.
• Some knowledge of Excel and Word, plus PIV certifications for Team Lead II and III.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, communicate tactfully, stay organized, and train others.
