Team Lead - 2nd Shift

Location: On-site in Pueblo, Colorado, 5 days per week

Salary: $26.34–$37.00 per hour; listed base hourly pay is $27.39. The role is not incentive or sales commission eligible.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day activities, work assignments, schedules, overtime, and training for the assigned production area.
• Work across multiple line stations and resolve, document, and escalate production issues.
• Maintain safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and TAKT performance in the assigned zone.
• Apply Lean practices including 5S, TPM, GEMBA, 9-step problem solving, standard work audits, and continuous improvement.
• Train team members on safety, company policies, standard work, communication, and nonconformances.
• Cover for the supervisor when needed and collaborate with leadership to achieve plant KPIs.

Requirements

• Team Lead I: at least 1 year of experience preferred, including Data Stream, nonconformances, behavioral-based safety, and crane certification.
• Team Lead II or III: at least 2 years of relevant experience and graduation from the Team Leader Development Program.
• Experience with schedules, manufacturing daily improvement boards, nonconformances, and behavioral-based safety.
• Some knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Ability to work on-site in Pueblo, Colorado on the second shift.
