Assembly Team Lead (Manufacturing)

Salary: $32–$37 per hour

What you will do

• Lead assembly personnel in executing daily and weekly production plans while meeting schedule, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Promote safe work practices, enforce EHS standards, and maintain a safety-first production environment.
• Supervise, coach, and train assembly employees while supporting performance management and development planning.
• Coordinate production updates, issue escalation, and troubleshooting with cross-functional departments.
• Maintain organized workstations, tools, equipment, and material-flow areas through 6S practices.
• Apply hirify.global Vacuum Technique Production System principles to standardize work, eliminate waste, and optimize processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of assembly experience.
• 1–3 years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand tools and small power tools.
• Ability to lead and supervise a small team.
