Salary: $105,600 - $199,480

What you will do

• Lead process discovery, mining, and root-cause analysis for client workstreams.
• Define target operating model (TOM) implications and governance for sustained change.
• Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops and present strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Guide the adoption of automation and AI-enabled operational improvements.
• Coach junior team members and ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in process transformation, automation, or business transformation consulting.
• Hands-on experience with process mining and automation tools such as UiPath, Celonis, or Signavio.
• Strong AI literacy, including core and generative AI concepts and their application to enterprise transformation.
• Proven advisory skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive executive decisions.
• Valid US work authorization and presence in listed cities.
• Executive-ready communication skills and strong client-facing presence.

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Target Operating Model (TOM), controls, or governance.
