Senior Business Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Lead consulting projects that improve processes and prepare customers for effective adoption and use of self-service and AI solutions.
• Assess clients’ business and technical processes, self-service needs, and AI implementation requirements.
• Recommend best practices for designing and implementing software solutions that optimize operations and business outcomes.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, secure sponsorship, and build long-term customer partnerships.
• Coordinate application and data consultants, manage consulting programs, and align delivery with product implementation plans.
• Analyze client data, define business success criteria, shape solution designs, and contribute to launch strategies and technical project plans.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in self-service or AI software domains.
• Experience with contact center enterprise software and digital or unassisted self-service channels, such as Google Dialogflow.
• Knowledge management expertise and experience in business process improvement and customer success.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives, provide thought leadership, and secure strategic partnerships.
• Experience leading project teams and delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills; a degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
