What you will do

• Lead consulting projects to drive process improvement and ensure optimal adoption of AI and self-service solutions.
• Consult with clients to understand business processes and define implementation requirements.
• Provide best practice recommendations for software design to maximize business value.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement.
• Coordinate application and data consultants to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities for software adoption and AI-driven insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in self-service or AI software domains.
• Deep domain expertise in contact center enterprise software and digital/unassisted self-service channels.
• Proven ability to independently manage senior executive audiences and stakeholders.
• Experience leading project teams and delivering operational performance improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of IVR, Routing, and ACD systems is preferred.
