What you will do

• Serve as the lead financial advisor to business-unit management and partner with General Managers on strategic decisions.
• Present recommendations on risks, opportunities, and business performance to executive and C-level leadership.
• Use AI for analytical work and build reliable, partially autonomous analysis workflows.
• Lead special projects, strategic initiatives, financial modeling, and analysis supporting operational decisions.
• Own monthly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles while simplifying and automating reporting.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or business operations.
• Experience using AI as a directed and validated analytical tool.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, with the ability to identify errors in models and datasets.
• Ability to turn complex data into concise financial stories and defend recommendations to executives.
• Independent problem-solving skills and experience implementing solutions with operations teams.
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another highly analytical field.
