What you will do

• Serve as the primary financial leader and strategic partner for a portfolio of business units.
• Advise business unit management and C-suite executives on risks, opportunities, and operational decisions.
• Use AI for analytical work and build automated workflows while validating the accuracy of outputs.
• Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles for the assigned portfolio.
• Build financial models, conduct analysis, and lead special projects focused on growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or business operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a highly analytical field.
• Strong Excel skills and fluency in financial modeling.
• Experience working with large, messy datasets and distinguishing meaningful signals from data issues.
• Ability to present financial stories and defend recommendations to C-level executives.
• Ability to work independently, structure complex problems, and partner with operations to implement solutions.
