What you will do

• Act as the lead financial advisor to business unit management and present strategic recommendations to the C-suite.
• Implement AI-powered analysis and build autonomous analytical workflows to handle technical execution.
• Spearhead special projects and build financial models to support key operational decisions.
• Own the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles for the assigned portfolio.
• Simplify and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or business operations.
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a highly analytical field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to turn complex datasets into concise narratives for executive leadership.
• Experience using AI as a thinking partner to enhance analytical speed and depth.
• Must be based in El Segundo or Los Angeles, CA.
