What you will do

• Design and modify electrical and electronic assemblies, layouts, schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex electrical problems with limited supervision.
• Perform engineering analysis and coordinate testing, including the preparation of engineering test reports.
• Lead or execute engineering projects, including the development of key suppliers.
• Develop electrical solutions for complex product issues and create documentation for product releases.
• Coordinate component procurement and assembly, resolve technical issues, and support junior colleagues and project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices, business drivers, market competition, and cross-functional integration.
• Demonstrated leadership skills for leading small projects.
