Head of Product Marketing (AI)

Location: Hybrid in London or New York City

Synthesia develops an AI video platform for businesses, including AI avatar video generation and enterprise skill development products. The company is headquartered in London and has offices and teams across Europe and the US.

What you will do

• Lead product marketing across the full portfolio, including video, interactive avatars, the API, and future products.
• Set the platform narrative, product positioning, and messaging used across sales, websites, and campaigns.
• Plan and run product launches across the portfolio.
• Own competitive strategy and buyer research.
• Lead a team of five product marketers, hire additional team members, and raise the quality bar.

Requirements

• Build and deploy agents, with experience automating real parts of product marketing work such as competitive tracking, research synthesis, or launch operations.
• Experience leading a product portfolio and building or growing the team supporting it.
• Experience setting company-level positioning and the overarching narrative for a product portfolio.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, experience managing senior stakeholders, and complex program management experience.
• Ability to partner closely with sales enablement and support complex enterprise go-to-market motions.
