US Regional Manager, Data Center Capacity Delivery (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; hybrid policy requires staff to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time, with frequent presence at regional project sites.

Annual salary: $320,000–$405,000 USD

What you will do

• Own delivery across a regional portfolio of active and upcoming data center projects through early-floor-access and floor-access milestones.
• Hire, develop, empower, and lead Senior Delivery Managers while planning resourcing and headcount as the portfolio grows.
• Manage executive-level relationships with developers, general contractors, owner's representatives, and project-management partners.
• Select, scope, contract, and manage delivery partners, changing incentives or replacing partners when performance or culture falls short.
• Set and enforce integrated schedules, quality requirements, change control, reporting standards, and delivery tools across projects.
• Identify and clear blockers across developers, general contractors, and trades, stepping in on site when projects require direct leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering data centers or other mission-critical construction projects.
• Several years as an owner's-side or general-contractor-side senior leader on a project campus.
• Experience leading multi-project portfolios and building the teams that deliver them.
• End-to-end knowledge of entitlements and permitting, design, long-lead equipment, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Executive-level developer, general contractor, and third-party relationship management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Nice to have

• Hyperscale data center delivery experience on the owner, developer, or general contractor side.
• Experience with the US and Texas markets, including contractors, permitting regimes, and contractual norms.
• Familiarity with lease, construction, and development contract structures.
