What you will do

• Act as a trusted partner to sophisticated AI/ML teams to drive platform adoption.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and define strategic account plans.
• Translate technical platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes for customers.
• Own the renewal process and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Collaborate closely with technical and account teams to ensure ongoing customer success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS.
• Must be based in or around London to facilitate EMEA customer engagement.
• Ability to demonstrate technical products and communicate value to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple concurrent accounts.
• Comfortable operating as a self-starter in a fast-scaling environment with limited processes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GenAI technologies or AI/ML workflows.
