Delivery Engineer (Data Analytics/AI)

What you will do

• Own post-sales onboarding and data health for strategic and high-value customers.
• Consult with prospects and customers to define business goals, metrics, data architecture, and project outcomes.
• Lead technical onboarding, hirify.global optimization, data quality improvements, and product analytics adoption.
• Deliver data architecture, governance, optimization, re-implementation, and change-management services.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and unexpected issues while collaborating with technical and solutions partners.
• Build AI automations and advise customers on integrating agentic workflows with hirify.global data.

Requirements

• Experience querying, modeling, and transforming data with at least one core tool such as SQL, dbt, Python, business intelligence tools, or product analytics tools.
• Familiarity with databases, cloud data warehouses, SDKs, customer data platforms, event streaming, and reverse ETL.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple client stakeholders, including scope and timeline management.
• Experience in customer success, client-facing professional services, consulting, or technical project management.
• Experience embedding AI into workflows, using MCP servers, building skills, and setting context for AI and data strategy.
• Strong analytical, written, communication, process, and project delivery skills.
