Business Development Manager - Philippines (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Execute strategic sales and marketing plans for resuscitation products, services, and solutions.
• Develop and manage territory plans using structured calling systems.
• Promote products to healthcare professionals, hospital staff, military personnel, EMS, and public safety customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, create market demand, and support evaluations of new products.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Monitor performance, analyze market trends, maintain Salesforce records, and lead teams toward market and revenue targets.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry, preferably in equipment sales and business development.
• Experience selling to hospitals, EMS, or public safety sectors is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams to achieve targeted market goals.
