What you will do
- Handle inbound customer calls and identify ways to improve customers' online presence.
- Explain website and marketing needs and the importance of maintaining an online presence.
- Consult customers on products and services that can support their businesses.
- Resolve issues within the support scope and direct customers to paid solutions or third-party steps when appropriate.
- Understand customer needs, close sales with integrity, and meet customer satisfaction and daily sales targets.
Requirements
- At least one year of sales experience.
- Motivation to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment.
- Passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed.
