What you will do

• Rotate through Purchasing/Sourcing, Project/Program Management, and Supplier Account Management over 30 months.
• Issue RFQs, analyze proposals, negotiate prices, execute orders, and ensure delivery for volume manufacturing.
• Develop procurement and commodity strategies that balance cost, quality, supplier reliability, and urgency.
• Resolve supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, and lead time.
• Identify and present cost, lead-time, capacity, and sourcing improvement opportunities.
• Forecast engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements and support make-versus-buy decisions.

Requirements

• Commitment to completing the full 30-month rotational program.
• Graduating with a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Good academic standing; a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and executive reports and presentations.
• Strong quantitative, qualitative, written, oral, listening, interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, adapt to change, and work across organizational teams.

Nice to have

• Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, R, SAS, SQL, or Python skills.
