Advisory Specialist I, Compliance - Americas (GRC)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; hybrid work model with onsite work at least 50% of the time for employees within commuting distance of a hirify.global office

Salary: $56,000–$70,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Deliver Professional Services throughout the customer journey and product enablement lifecycle.
• Configure and implement hirify.global products using established methodologies.
• Understand customer program goals and data collection and processing practices.
• Guide customers on solution rollout, product usage, and GRC best practices.
• Build the capability to lead implementations independently from start to finish.
• Coordinate with Professional Services management, Customer Success, Delivery Managers, Sales, Project Management, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Approximately 12 or more months of experience in consulting, Professional Services, SaaS implementation, Customer Success, or a related client-facing role.
• Understanding of, or willingness to learn, governance, risk, audit, compliance, internal controls, and information security.
• Ability to learn hirify.global products and apply product and domain knowledge to customer requirements.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including support for presentations and workshops.
• Effective collaboration, organization, time management, multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Passion for GRC and ability to engage customer personnel in discussions about requirements and goals.

Nice to have

• Experience with GRC or analytics tools.
• Experience with platform-based products or solutions.
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting and Audit, Compliance Management, Legal and Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security, MIS, or a related field.
