Risk Advisory Intern (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; hybrid work with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site.

Salary: $42.50 per hour

What you will do

• Assess business and information technology processes, systems, programs, and internal controls for client engagements.
• Support enterprise, operational, third-party risk management, compliance, and internal audit projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate transactions, processes, systems, and controls for SOX and other regulatory compliance activities.
• Obtain and analyze data, identify trends, and visualize results using commercial analytics solutions.
• Use analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and other technology aids to improve project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and team members, manage assigned responsibilities, support business development, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Analytical, communication, presentation, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Availability to travel at least 25% and work additional hours as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Interest in pursuing CPA, PMP, CISA, CIA, CISSP, CAMS, CISM, or another relevant certification.
