What you will do

• Partner with supply chain analysts and operations teams to understand business requirements and operational workflows.
• Develop Power BI and SQL tools, reports, and dashboards for operational planning, strategic sourcing, and procurement.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical development with IT Applications and other stakeholders.
• Acquire, validate, and maintain complete and accurate data sources.
• Document processes and coordinate user testing and training.
• Advocate for automation and continuous improvement to reduce manual work and improve user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• At least five years of data analytics or business intelligence experience, including report and dashboard creation.
• Advanced experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, collaboration, independence, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epicor ERP.
• Experience with project management techniques.
