Senior Business Analyst (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Monitor store-level operational health, including online rates, preparation times, cancellation rates, and customer experience metrics.
• Design QBR, MBR, and WBR data frameworks that turn merchant performance data into actionable business insights.
• Track account health, target attainment, pipeline performance, and store-level growth for senior leadership.
• Build automated dashboards, slide generators, performance calculators, and other scalable reporting solutions using G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Query large-scale databases with SQL to answer business questions and validate growth hypotheses.
• Partner with Account Management leadership on target setting, territory planning, and shared success metrics.

Requirements

• Significant experience in strategy, business intelligence, or data-driven analyst roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and the ability to independently query complex datasets.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Sheets and PowerPoint or Slides.
• Experience designing KPIs and measurement frameworks for complex business problems.
• Business-level English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Background in marketplaces, e-commerce, or food delivery.
• Experience turning raw data into executive-level narratives.
• Experience working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Business-level Japanese.
