Location: Must be based in Tokyo (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Drive a consistent business cadence, including pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy, and QBRs.
  • Partner with regional GMs to identify growth levers, process bottlenecks, and performance inconsistencies.
  • Govern the annual sales planning process, including quota, territory management, and GTM alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Finance, and Enablement to drive operational efficiency.
  • Translate complex analytics into compelling business narratives to influence executive leadership.
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, and Qlik.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of revenue operations or related experience in a B2B software company.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce design, database management, and administration.
  • Proven ability to influence regional GMs and executive leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Strong experience working across Finance, Accounting, and Legal to define scalable processes.
  • Must be based in Tokyo and able to work in a hybrid office environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Japanese.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Experience with both new customer acquisition and recurring revenue/renewals.
