Associate, Packaging (Saturday and Sunday 6am-6pm & Thursday and Friday 6:30 am-3:00pm) (Medical Devices)

Location: Onsite in Skaneateles, New York, United States. Weekend Plus first shift: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM; Thursday and Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.

Pay rate: $21.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Package, label, and prepare blood pressure cuffs, component parts, and finished assemblies for shipment.
• Stack and organize products on pallets while maintaining material protection and safe handling procedures.
• Replenish materials, maintain inventory flow, and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Inspect products for defects, damage, and nonconforming conditions.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, GMP, FDA, and company quality requirements.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 6S, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, specifications, and work procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, visual inspection, communication, teamwork, and basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced regulated manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift or carry 25–55 pounds; team lifting is required for items over 40 pounds.
