Associate, Packaging (Saturday and Sunday 6am-6pm & Monday and Tuesday 2:55 pm-11:25pm)

Location: Skaneateles, New York, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

What you will do

• Package, label, and prepare blood pressure cuffs, finished products, components, and assemblies for shipment.
• Stack and organize boxes on pallets according to safety and operational procedures.
• Replenish materials, maintain inventory levels, and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Inspect products and materials for defects, damage, and nonconforming conditions.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, GMP, FDA, quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 6S, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, specifications, and work procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, visual inspection, communication, teamwork, and basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift or carry 25–55 pounds; team lifting is required for items over 40 pounds.
• Ability to work the Weekend Plus – Second Shift schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM; Monday and Tuesday, 2:55 PM–11:25 PM.
