Project & Program Management III (AI)

Location: Remote, Texas, United States; willingness to work across multiple North American timezones and remotely or from the local client office is required.

Salary: $80,640–$134,400 USD gross annual base pay.

What you will do

• Manage multiple cross-functional technical projects involving large-scale data center builds, retrofits, network deployments, and AI implementations.
• Coordinate project phases from initiation, planning, design, procurement, and deployment through post-deployment closure.
• Define project scope, requirements, objectives, feasibility, resource allocation, schedules, and delivery milestones.
• Manage assets and materials across data centers and warehouses.
• Track KPIs, budgets, timelines, risks, change control, documentation, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, stakeholders, and client executives while driving meetings, status updates, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 2–5 years of related experience.
• 2–5 years of project management experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, preferably supporting data centers or network hardware.
• At least 2 years of experience with data center lifecycles and/or large-scale networks.
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, organizational, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, learn new tools and processes independently, and report metrics accurately.
• Ability to work remotely or from the local client office across multiple North American timezones.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PPM, CPD, or CPMP certification.
• Understanding of the OSI model.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
