Senior Technical Project/Program Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-Flex in North Carolina and other states listed on the posting; occasional in-office visits may be required

Salary: $107,901–$172,642 annually

What you will do

• Define, plan, and deliver high-complexity technical initiatives throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinate technical activities and potentially lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Ensure business and technology deliverables are produced and approved according to project schedules.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Mentor team members and provide feedback in a heavily matrixed environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree where required, or 7+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to work in the United States; employment authorization sponsorship is not available.
• Remote-Flex work includes virtual work with several in-office visits each year; onsite expectations depend on the role and distance from the Durham headquarters.
