Program Manager IV

Location: Remote within the continental United States

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategic, enterprise-wide programs and complex implementation or process-improvement projects.
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and forecasts.
• Coordinate project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional workgroups across operations, finance, and benefits functions.
• Create executive dashboards, status reports, steering committee materials, and strategic analyses.
• Resolve project issues, develop risk mitigation plans, and escalate well-formulated risks to leadership.
• Develop and deliver best-practice and training materials for project teams and employees.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience leading functional areas, managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, or supervising staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Applicants must be able to work remotely within the continental United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Healthcare or managed care experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
