Control System Development Engineer (Gas Turbines)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain control system software applications for medium gas turbine products.
• Own engineering work and technical solutions within assigned development projects, collaborating with project teams and project managers.
• Design and configure T3000 and PCS 7 systems, including control logic, hardware, networks, safety systems, trip chains, and HMI/OS displays.
• Integrate field instrumentation and subsystems using Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP, and OPC.
• Apply safety, quality, cybersecurity, configuration management, version control, and testing practices.
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and improve engineering methods and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in control engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with automation and control technologies.
• Fluent professional English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with colleagues and customers in international settings.

Nice to have

• Experience with SPPA-T3000 or PCS 7.
• Modeling and simulation with MATLAB or a related tool.
• Functional safety and SIL experience.
• Cybersecurity, system networking, or VMware experience.
