Senior Expert – Electrical & Electronics Engineer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead the development and documentation of electrical and electronic components for complex robotic technology systems.
• Define and manage technical requirements in collaboration with suppliers.
• Perform simulations, technical evaluations, validation, and component verification.
• Manage supplier relationships, including coordination, performance evaluation, and work distribution.
• Support supplier selection, internal component decisions, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee product strategy roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to organizational knowledge development.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of relevant experience in electrical and electronics engineering or a related field.
• Recognized expertise in electrical and electronic component development.
• Strong experience in supplier interaction, requirements specification, and technical governance.
• Ability to lead complex engineering activities across cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and system-level engineering.
• Experience with simulations, validation, and component verification.
