What you will do

• Lead the development and documentation of electrical and electronic components across complex technical systems.
• Define and manage technical requirements for EE components in close collaboration with external suppliers.
• Perform simulations and technical evaluations to guide component selection and development.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, operational coordination, and work distribution.
• Oversee the delivery of product strategy roadmaps for assigned component areas.
• Act as a technical ambassador to share knowledge and develop internal capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields.
• Recognized expert level competence in EE component development.
• Proven track record in supplier interaction and technical governance.
• Strong ability to lead complex engineering activities across cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and system-level engineering.
• Experience with simulations, validation, and component verification.
