What you will do

• Take operational leadership for compliance with legal requirement R156, including maintenance and updates.
• Design and develop electrical and electronic systems by defining component interfaces and system behavior.
• Lead system engineering activities and coordinate quality improvement initiatives across technical teams.
• Integrate deliverables from multiple stakeholders and ensure system readiness prior to release.
• Collaborate with product management to translate capability needs into technical features and enablers.
• Lead concept investigations and facilitate the evaluation of alternative system solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in system engineering or related disciplines.
• Recognized expert in electrical and electronic system design and architecture.
• Proven leadership in system-level engineering within complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of system integration, verification, and validation processes.
• Experience managing system requirements, including non-functional requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead concept development and technical decision-making.
